The Wenigsteig trail is currently only halfway accessible. The rest is blocked by tree trunks and root stumps. The edge of the trail on the valley side is moving increasingly toward the center, making the trail increasingly narrow. Riding isn't fun at the moment.

I'd like to refer you to the MTB project group and picture 13: Route 1 (green) Ready for the hunt for personal bests. The circuit includes an exciting descent with challenges for everyone. A single-track uphill takes you back to the starting point for the next lap. Route 2 (blue) Our flowing single trail with easy elements, berms, and waves is perfect for beginners to push their limits and surpass themselves. Route 3 (red) Start small, get big. Our jump line offers lots of fun and airtime. It's peppered with variable takeoffs, tables, and berms. The highlight is the large table with a view of Erfurt city center. Route 4 (black) Ready when you are. Despite its compact length, our downhill line for advanced riders offers a steep and fast descent, drops of varying heights, and always an opportunity to pull away. Well done 🦊☺️

Small, pretty, but sometimes quite narrow trails and ramps, jumps (some of which can be avoided), not necessarily suitable for beginners. Some experience is definitely required. The trails (we've only been on the Flowride trail and the turnaround loop so far) are fun, though. 👍🏻😁

This approx. 360 m long forest path without any significant difference in altitude can be classified as an S1 difficulty level due to small roots. The path is easily passable in both directions. Since there are two hiking routes to the Riechheimer Berg, pedestrians are always to be expected.

Torsten, 2018: "The trail is easy to ride in both directions. It's very pretty when the snow cups bloom in spring." It still hits the point. A bit muddy and slippery when wet.

If it's dry, then definitely worth a recommendation. After rain it's a real dance of eggs. Pedelec riders should choose the lowest support, otherwise the forest floor will be plowed. Otherwise a very varied corner.
