Interesting installation - however, the route suggested by Komoot is not recommended

Part 1 is easy to ride, but from the turnoff into Maienthal it's heavily overgrown and more reminiscent of a logging trail. If you're into trials and like stinging nettles, you'll definitely get your money's worth here, but I have a different idea of "flowy"

Beautiful narrow-gauge trail between Griesberg and Bad Salzdetfurth. It's a lot of fun to ride!

There are a few nicely designed jumps here. Maybe take a look before you drive for the first time

Can only agree with Dominik. The first part is very overgrown, there are some muddy areas and there is a tree across the way, which is certainly not possible to master with every bike. Trail maintenance for hikers and bikers is apparently a foreign concept here. 🤭

So in the summer apparently less recommended. The path is well overgrown and getting stinged and stung by thorns was inevitable for me. It's not fun for me personally.
