Here at the small pass the old road from Kirchhausen to Sallneck runs. The view goes over the small hamlet Kirchhausen (belongs to the municipality of Steinen) far out to Basel

The hiking car park is located directly on the Scheideck Pass

Calling this place a war memorial when it's officially called Scheideck... At least that's my suggestion for this place. Nothing special here. But it's a great place to start some tours.

From the Scheideck parking lot you can go on wonderful hikes. There is a large car park. There is a flatter circular route to the south in the direction of Höhe Strasse
