Territorial boundary at the Three Stone Point Duchy of Palatinate-Neuburg - County of Oettingen - Principality of Thurn and Taxis in 1591 the 200-year border dispute was settled by setting the border stones. The boundary stones allow the earlier division of the country to be understood. The border between the county of Oettingen in the north and the duchy of Pfalz-Neuburg in the south ran along the former Rennweg along the watershed between the Kesseltal and Donautal valleys.
