Rotondohütte SACは、Gotthard地域、Realpの南にあるWitenwasserentalに標高2570mで位置しています。美しく、やや人里離れた山小屋で、フルカ、ゴットハルト峠、ベドレットトへのハイキングの出発点です。 Rotondohütte +1 興味深いアプローチ Realp – Rotondohütte: T2、約3½時間、高低差1040m – Witenwasserentalを通る古典的な通常ルート。 Schweizer Alpen-Club SAC Furkapass – Rotondohütte: T3、約5時間、高低差680m。 Gotthardpass – Rotondohütte: Passo di Cavanna経由、T3、約4¼時間、高低差950m。 Bedretto – Rotondohütte: 非常に美しく、しかし長い接続です。Galleria Banchiから約5〜6時間。 Rotondohütte 小屋には85の寝床があります。夏は人気のハイキング先ですが、寝室には暖房がないため、寝袋が便利または必要になる場合があります。

ゴッタルド峠の古いホスピスは、2008年から2010年にかけて3つ星ホテルに改築・増築されました。建築家のMiller & Marantaと構造エンジニアのConzett Bronzini Gartmannは、緊密な協力のもと、まるで常にその場所に存在していたかのように見える近代的な建造物を創り上げました。空間的、歴史的文脈に自然に溶け込み、そのシンプルさは建築と構造に反映されています。

Cappella di San Gottardo - Chapel at the Gotthard Hospice The St. Gotthard Pass was first used as a pass starting in the 13th century, and the hospice, built at the behest of Milanese Archbishop Galdino (1171), also dates from this period. A chapel was built alongside the hospice on the site of a small church dating back to the 9th/10th century. It was rebuilt towards the end of the 18th century at the instigation of the Capuchins, who managed the hospice until 1799. Great location of the hut with a wonderful climb. Warning: if you are coming from Dalpe, you should note that the bridge a few hundred meters from the hut is currently not there. You have to follow the stream upstream (poorly marked) before you can cross it at a narrower point.

The Capanna Cristallina is an alpine refuge located in the Canton of Ticino, in the Lepontine Alps, at almost 2,600 meters above sea level. It is open all year round and has beds, showers, refreshments and electricity. It can be reached from various locations, including Ossasco, Robiei and the Narèt dams. It is a starting point for ascents and traverses, especially for experienced runners, given the terrain and altitude conditions.
