The fountain sculptures were created by the Dresden sculptor Vinzenz Wanitschke, who also worked on the reconstruction of the interior of the Dresden Frauenkirche. The bronze was cast in the art and bell foundry in Lauchhammer. The necessary water technology was installed by Eberhard Grundmann.
