It would be better to start from the top, you can drive there. In the lower area it is partly overgrown, rocky and rooty.

Since this is a hiking trail, the driving conditions are not always good. Especially the sections over the bumpy meadows are very uncomfortable to drive. Very interesting landscape. The last stretch down to Marienthal has been deliberately blocked with trees lying across. You have to continue on the paved road for about 200 m, then the bike path goes down into the valley.

The designation as a medium-difficult MTB trail does not necessarily apply here. The trail is between S0 and S1. If the lower jump over the transverse tree is finished, that will change. Nevertheless, this short trail section is a nice and welcome change that you can easily integrate into your tour.

When I found it in April 2020, there was actually a Schippe as well as a rake at a fork, which should still result in a variant in the upper area. Shovel gray to silver, rake rather reddish. I left it and drove past it to the left to the forest path

Hi, when did you start there? Was totally amazed when I found it yesterday. Last year in autumn I started to uncover something but didn't have time to continue. Well done! Didn't you accidentally find another spade? :-D
