Nice little trail when it's not overgrown, currently it's easy to ride. A nice little change if you don't really feel like using the country road on the "Lange Heide". You come out right at the hikers' car park 😉

Short single trail at the Stellerskuppe hiking car park. If you come from the Hählgans farm and don't take the single trail OVER the Stellerskuppe, this trail is ideal so you don't have to cross the L3159 for a short time...

If it has rained a lot in the previous days, it can be very muddy in shady corners. The leaves then make it very slippery.

Unfortunately it's right on the A7 motorway and it's so loud that you can't even have a normal conversation. Just get out of there quickly!

The natural stage was built in 1950 in the former quarry, where the sandstone for the Melsung railway viaduct was quarried in the middle of the 19th century. However, after a short period of flowering, it was almost forgotten. But at the turn of the millennium it was brought out of its slumber and since 2003, open-air film screenings have taken place regularly in the summer months. The ASC-Melsungen bicycle trial area is located around the open-air stage. A memorial stone with the inscription “To the city forester PHILIPP STAHL for his services to the Lindenberg on his birthday July 2nd, 1911” still points to the initiator of the Lindenberg complex.

It is the hottest flow trail in East Hesse......6km beautifully along the slope which becomes uncomfortably steep further back.....one driving mistake and it will hurt.
