Nice trail with ups and downs. Some roots and opportunities to do small jumps (not necessary). So good for starting or simply having some fun. You must pedal, but you can take great speed. I personall recommend it from east to west (towards Wedel). At the beginning, on its side, you have a jump line. Also fun!

The ramps that were built have loose sand on top - unfortunately, driving on them was not possible.

Very cool route with small but fun jumps. Good for MTB beginners! I go here often and am currently improving everything a bit. For example, I have secured some dangerous spots, raised or added jumps or simply decorated them. I would be happy if someone came by!

Pump track and dirt park in Rellingen. In addition to the large asphalt pump track (for tall riders), there is also a smaller one (for shorter riders). The dirt park is only for experienced riders – not for beginners. The pump track can be used with bicycles (whether BMX, MTB, children's bike, Dutch bike, or e-bike), scooters, skateboards, inline skates, and sports wheelchairs.
