From Wikipedia: In 1767, the Cascade Valley was created in a valley between Hausen and the Bad Kissinger Klaushof Wildlife Park along the course of the Ilgenbach. The water of the Ilgenbach comes from the source of the village well in the nearby Bremersdorf desert. Prince-Bishop Adam Friedrich von Seinsheim, who would have liked to have such a facility in his residence in Würzburg, had artificial cascades built along the Ilgenbach flowing through the valley and sculptures erected, possibly by the Bad Bockleter court sculptor Ferdinand Tietz, the creator of the figures in the Bad Bocklet spa park.

The Sisi Memorial (alternatively known as the Empress Elisabeth Memorial) in honor of the Austrian Empress Elisabeth of Austria-Hungary, known as "Sisi", is located on the Altenberg in Garitz, a district of the Bavarian spa town of Bad Kissingen in the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen. Empress Elisabeth of Austria-Hungary spent several spa stays in Bad Kissingen (most recently a few months before her death), during which she also enjoyed taking walks on the Altenberg.
