There are many bridges spanning the Erft River. The Erft is a 106.6 km long, southwestern, left tributary of the Rhine. It flows through three districts and their respective district capitals; downstream, these are: Euskirchen district with Euskirchen, Rhein-Erft district with Bergheim, and Rhein-Kreis Neuss district with Neuss in North Rhine-Westphalia.
