From the Lavill Refuge you can enjoy an excellent view of the Blenio valley. At the refuge there will be no refugee waiting for you, but you will find everything you need for cooking. However, you will need to have a sleeping bag and overnight supplies.

The Capanna di Cava refuge is an Alpine hut located at 2066 meters above sea level in the Cava valley, between Biasca and the Riviera-Calanca border chain. It is located in a wild environment and can be used as a starting point for various excursions. It has 36 beds and is open all year round.

A beautiful place with an Alpine soul. The shelter has thermal insulation, electric lighting with solar panels, running water in the shelter and in the bathroom, wood stove for cooking and heating. Modern dormitory with 24 beds with wool mattresses and blankets. ATTENTION: from here on, following the path towards the Alpe Costa refuge is suggestive but requires experience and surefootedness, the terrain is rocky.

it can be reached from Alpe Cava on a little cycle path. Better to leave the emtbs on the alp and go up on foot

From the hut you can enjoy an atmospheric panorama of the rock face of the Cime dei Torrioni. In winter the hut is suitable for hikes in a wild and little-visited environment. Lounge for 36 people, wood and gas stove, lighting with solar cells, toilet, 2 rooms with beds of 18 or 18 people.
