Coming from the south, it's also quite rideable on a CX or gravel bike, even if it's a bit bumpy. From the other direction it's probably too steep to get by without pushing.

The Krieriegel is a 682 m high mountain in the Rosalien Mountains in Burgenland. It is located in the municipality of Wiesen, southeast of the Lanzenkirchen cadastral municipality of Ofenbach and northwest of Forchtenstein. [wikipedia] Towards the Rosalien Chapel, a steep and narrow climb that is not entirely easy. The shared trail occasionally leads to traffic jams with hikers :-)

Part of the Rosalia MTB Trail: from north to south with a steep climb and a gentle descent, from south to north the trail is reversed. Shared trail – please be careful of hikers and other users.

This Wexl Trails "outpost" is a small but nice round in the upper part of Krumbach. Jumps, steep courses, everything that is fun in the smallest of spaces. Really cool stuff! If you are in Krumbach by bike, you should stop by here. The loop is also directly along the Bike the Bugles route, so it's not even a detour.
