Better name: North flank of Monte Bar. Unlike Aldo, I rode it as an uptrail. A steadily ascending, long singletrack. More rocks at the bottom, then through pine forests towards the end. Mostly S1. But because it's uphill, the effort required until the end should not be underestimated. Overall, wonderful.

This "path S0/S1" is only the beginning of the descent from Ceneri to Contone (see highlight "Top Trail"). In the upper part it is definitely S1, in places below it is S2 and even S3 (see also comment by Oester)

Very nice trail, initially on a meadow path, further down a more challenging trail with some S2 sections, and at the end an S3 section.

Really a brilliant trail with 2-3 highlights of technical difficulties

@stefano: the traverse you mention is less exposed and much more flow than the Motto della croce-davrosio. Look at the pictures. But pay attention to the period: if you go there when the pastures are full, the matro prevents you from passing

Hi Aldo, what do you mean by average exposure? For example, more or less exposed than the path that starts to the right of the Motto della croce? Thanks for the info. Stephen

Great trail, characterized by epic length, but is also demanding, especially towards San Lucio at the end!
