Apparently the trail is still being built ("Trail under construction" written on it). Tough S2 and S3 trail, with lots of roots and some right-hand drops and a small counter-slope. I had to dismount often.

The trail leads from the Humel route (Switzerlandmobile no. 970) pretty much directly down to the southern Sihlsee viaduct. Branch off from the Humel route at Staubrig, point 1303). Classified as S2 on the komoot map, which is certainly true in the upper part (nomen est omen -- rocky and often wet, with some obstacles when crossing streams), in the lower part S1. The trail should not be confused with the one that branches off from Rte 970 at point 1289 (Unter Gschwänd) and then flows into the Steinbach trail below.

Beautiful S1 trail, some roots, some gravel, from one road (Swiss mobile route 969) to the next lower road on the Höhronen.

A bit loamy, partly damp trail at the bottom, otherwise great! Everything mobile (S2-S3). Great fun!

Very nice, flowing trail, one of my favorites.

Bumpy, but everything is mobile. At least downhill.

Very nice downhill, almost always S1, at the beginning meadow trail, then gravel path, at the end from Hochgütsch again beautiful meadow trail.
