Very challenging for inexperienced people, but it's worth it.

The Kartellsee offers untouched nature, which invites you to take relaxing hikes and leisurely bike rides. Although the reservoir is not open for swimming, it attracts visitors with its idyllic riverside paths and breathtaking views. From here, the Darmstädter Hütte is not far away.

Especially in early summer it is wonderfully quiet here and you can enjoy the wonderful surroundings undisturbed.

The Berglisee (2,115 m) above the Ischgl hamlet of Mathon is one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in Tyrol. The small lake captivates with its incredible color and idyllic surroundings.

The Berglisee is simply a dreamy place. It is picture-perfect and is painted in the most beautiful blue, surrounded by green trees and with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. There are several benches and barbecue areas on the shore. A little way below the lake there is an alpine pasture (not managed) where you can fill up your water supply at a spring.

Enjoy the silence and you might also see the chamois.

Beautiful lake with spectacular coloring. Suggestion for a bike tour, then on to the Konstanzer Hütte. The bus from Stanton takes about 25 minutes and is free with the guest card.
