Coming from the south-east, you drive through the Mariental valley on a narrow road closed to motor vehicles (excluding residents) to the Araberg Pass. At the apex you can turn off to the Arnstein castle ruins. But that doesn't work with a racing bike. The road is beautiful, not used and not too steep.
