A beautiful forest for hiking or cycling, ideal in summer.

Nature conservation is practiced here, and a tremendous contribution is being made to the preservation of endangered animals. Bat boxes have been installed at a barn as a refuge and resting place for bats, and in the adjacent field, a section of land is being prepared specifically for skylarks. Both are endangered species. Other animals also benefit from this, such as partridges and European hamsters. A fantastic project.

A hydroelectric power station worth seeing, impressive when the water level is high. There is a fish ladder next to it.

Here is a beautiful bench that invites you to take a shady rest in summer. There is also a free view of the Alps (well, not today) and a board with a description of the mountains.

Our Kaiserweiher is a jewel, a unique selling point ... With over 10,000 animals, the amphibian population at the Kaiserweiher is one of the largest in Bavaria. Unfortunately, the pond is now cut off from roads on three sides and constricted by building areas. So there is only one free access for the amphibians migrating to their spawning grounds, namely at the technical college in the west.
