A very beautiful spring

A very interesting ice cave, only accessible with sturdy shoes and warm clothing. Visitors can explore the cave for about one kilometer and climb approximately 1,400 steps.

This is a massive glass cross and worth a visit. There's no official path there, but from the western side, the climb is easily doable over grass and gravel sections.

The Eisriesenwelt (Eisriesenwelt) is a magnificent, impressive ice world within the mountain that is overwhelming. At 42 km in length, it is the largest ice cave in the world. A visit is highly recommended. Check beforehand whether you can handle it, as some of the climbs and descents are quite steep.

The "Brunnecker Brünndl" is a traditional healing spring near the Maria Brunneck pilgrimage church near Golling an der Salzach. The spring is located below the Lueg Pass in a tranquil, wooded setting and has been a destination for pilgrims and hikers for centuries. Its water has always been considered to have healing powers, which gives it a special spiritual significance. The legend of its origin tells of the Holy Family, who once rested at this spot and refreshed themselves at the spring. The water from the "Brunnecker Brünndl" was considered particularly healing for eye diseases, as evidenced by several votive images from the 18th and 19th centuries. The current fountain, made of marble, was built in 1972 and is fed by the natural spring, whose water flows through several stone bowls into a basin. The Brünndl is not only a religious symbol but also a popular resting place on the surrounding cycling and hiking trails. The combination of nature, faith and history makes this place a special destination for visitors to the region.

The trail is spectacular, with fantastic views. There's a place to stop for refreshments at the cable car station. There's a small shop and snack bar at the valley station.
