かなりの集中力が求められます！景色は素晴らしいです（蚊もそう思っています！）そして全体的に、この区間はとても楽しめましたし、大変でした（道中の丸太）ちなみに私は (!) マウンテンバイクを持っていません

You can also just stop and watch the bikers. For anyone who enjoys riding off-road and for whom drops, tables, and step-ups are no strangers, the dirt bike track in Geesthacht on the Elbe peninsula is a welcome training opportunity. Even beginners can try out the hilly and winding course and experience cycling from a completely different perspective. Just give it a try – it's really fun to do a few laps here. The track is suitable for BMX bikes, dirt bikes, and mountain bikes. The course is open as long as it's daylight. トレイルは部分的に非常に根が多く、大小の障害物（木）が伴います。 集中力は必須ですが、それでもトレイルは本当に楽しいです。

A very nice trail, but a bit muddy in places. Many roots require expert riding.

Here, AI told us we'd missed the turnoff 🙈 so we went back and... who knows when someone had been here before, because even with hikers, the trail is apparently not that popular: extremely steep and rooty, you can't really see it through the leaves, and it's very overgrown... since there's a staircase nearby, hikers tend to use it more. Since my "pack leader" was of the opinion "there's no such thing as can't be done" or "if it can't be done, you'll have to push it," we struggled up it 🙈 after that, it was fine, and here, too, there are numerous unplanned trails 🙃 you just need to choose a different route/access 😉

Always get enough momentum ;-)
