Really bad muddy path! If you want to drive further, then definitely avoid it and go back through the industrial area instead.

The park is a very beautiful facility with many opportunities for sports and games for young and old. The park is open until the evening. The focus is on football with two large pitches and smaller football pitches. There is also a great track for skaters and bikers, slacklines, goal walls, basketball corners, a playground and rest areas.

Sports and green areas as well as squares were built on an area of 8 hectares, which will permanently represent a central element of the public green spaces in the Meerbeck district. Sports facilities, a cemetery and natural woods form a unique combination in the center of Moers-Meerbeck/Hochstraß. A ring-shaped park promenade connects these to a new public park - the Rheinpreussen sports park - for the Meerbeck/Hochstraß district. The sports facilities form the active heart of the SPRP, quieter outdoor areas, the cemetery and the Invalidenwäldchen surround the sports facilities and connect them with the district.

This is the red version of the Sparkassen Trail on the Halde Norddeutschland. Look forward to big jumps that you can use to spice up your descent. But don't worry: you can easily avoid them.
