Oia (Greek Οία) is a community and town on the island of Thera, Greece. It belongs to the municipal unit of Oia in the municipality of Théra. It is one of two communities in the municipal unit and one of thirteen on the island.

The ruins of Argyri Castle, also known as Londsa Castle, were the residence of the noble Argyri family during Venetian rule in the Middle Ages and today serve as a viewing point. It is a Renaissance-era castle built to protect against pirates, with a preserved watchtower overlooking the sea.
