At 859 meters, the Burghorn is the highest point on the Lägerngrat. From here, you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views: to the south over the Limmat Valley to the Alps 🏔️, and to the north into the Surb Valley and the Aargau Jura 🌳 – a perfect place for a break with a view!

Here you are in the water castle area of Switzerland. A few meters downstream, the Limmat flows into the Aare. A few hundred meters upstream, the Reuss flows into the Aare. Really a very nice, but sometimes a strenuous tour. At least for people who don't hike that much. Really good shoes and a sufficient and good physical condition are important. Then you can go. It is interesting and in good weather there are MEGA GREAT views. There's also a lot of rest areas. All in all, SUPER BEAUTIFUL.
