This 775 acre conservation property has a good network of trails that are popular with mountain bikers. The area is mostly forested uplands and freshwater wetlands.

This park is centered on a large pond made by a dam on the south end of the park. Ideally you could walk a loop around the pond but the northern section isn't really passible. There are lots of trails here and it's a highlight on the south shore for sure

Ames Nowell State Park has more than ten miles of mountain bike trails along the Cleveland Pond and in the surrounding woods. Grab your mountain bike and have a fantastic time in this pretty park.

"Ouch" is one of the more difficult trails in Wompatuck State Park. The trail is very short, but worth trying!
