西側からシマンコンを登るのは簡単で、とても楽しかったです。レロホも同様です。幸いにも、とても晴れた日で、シエラネバダのムラセンやアフリカの一部まで見渡すことができました。 しかし、シマンコンからの下りは全く簡単ではありませんでした。特定のルートを見つけるのが難しく、細心の注意が必要です。
