Both the red and the blue routes (Nijmegen/Groesbeek) are incredibly beautiful and tasty routes. I even think both are in the top 5 routes in the Netherlands...!

Cool built and maintained bike park. Access is a little tricky due to a policy to prevent motorbikes from entering the park.

In my opinion the most beautiful descent in the Netherlands. Fast, smooth and technical. Not recommended for absolute beginners.
