Cap de la Chèvre, ideally located at the entrance to the bay of Douarnenez, paints a generous fresco on the Atlantic to the west and the bay to the east. Topped with moors and maritime pines, the cape takes on a Mediterranean look during the summer. Legend has it that the waters there reflect the silhouette of Saint-Pierre and Miquelon.

This archaeological site experienced strong activity in the Palaeolithic and Neolithic. Now restored, it is accessible every day of the year. To go further, the interpretation center is open in July and August.

Impressive stretch of coast where the wind whistles past every now and then. At the cape there is the "Memorial de l'aeronautique navale". The view from the rocks is super beautiful. It was just a little windy.
