Great trail, starting with a nice terrain of small stones and pine needles interspersed with a few steps and a small technical climb, then at the bottom it becomes steep on more difficult terrain, with a few hairpins. Note that there is an escape route on the right about 3/4 of the way down, very little visible. Rating S2.

Challenging single track with nice variety. With some very rough and technical parts that are not suitable for every biker. Also quite narrow in many places with deep abysses. Beautiful views and also a few tough sections of hike a bike!

Short technical trail to the edge of the Mercantour National Park. Uphill with lots of rocks and roots. Lots of hike-a-bike. The downhill is easy with some nice switchbacks in the beginning. Singletrail!

Polyvetta Botanique trail vanaf Pien Haute. Flowy track!

Starting from the Baisse du Pape (Col de Braus), this trail is a real enduro special that deserves to be discovered. Successions of rolling, technical passages, on the slope, in the leaves, on the stone, a multitude of terrains which reflect in a single track all of what we find in the region. Difficulty depends a lot on how much rain has fallen in the past days

The Alta Via dei Monti Liguri (Ligurian High Trail) is a 442-kilometer hiking trail that leads from Ceparana to Ventimiglia. In addition to the traditional footpath, there are always alternative sections (like this one here) that lead over gravel roads or asphalt paths and that are ideal for mountain biking. The hiking trail is marked with a red-white-red sign and the letters “AV” for orientation.
