The descent of Merlet from Petit Balcon is a classic Chamonix singletrack route, descending from the slopes above Les Pèlerins, through tight tree-lined switchbacks, back down to the valley. The trail is steep, steep and technical. It features passages with rocky descents, sections covered in roots, as well as a significant level of exposure and commitment in certain places, with crucial difficult parts. This trail is intended for experienced riders, adequately equipped and with solid experience. The rewards of this trail are immense, both fluid and technical, with incredible views of the Bossons glacier and the Mont Blanc massif.

A superb singletrack trail that hugs the side of the mountain that descends from le Tour to Argentière. It's a real mix of smoother rolling terrain to more technical rocky and rooty under tyre. Being north facing, its upper parts can lose the snow quite late in spring.

A rather typical winter sports resort. Still beautiful in the summer. Great hiking trails with great views in all directions

There is the middle station of the St Gervais cable car. Starting and finishing point of the MTB downhill route.

Bettex is a plateau located at 1450 meters. The Saint-Gervais cable car allows you to get up there, summer and winter, so you can enjoy the breathtaking panorama of Mont Blanc
