The Pavillon de Galon is a restored 18th-century hunting lodge near the village of Cucuron in the Luberon region of southern France. It is set amidst a 15-hectare estate of vineyards, olive groves, and award-winning gardens. Today, the Pavillon operates as an exclusive boutique hotel with just three individually designed suites, offering privacy and panoramic views of the Luberon National Park. The interiors blend traditional stone architecture with modern comforts and stylish details. Of particular note are the gardens, which were redesigned in 2004 and have been designated a "Jardin Remarquable" by the French Ministry of Culture since 2010. They combine classic French garden design with Mediterranean flora such as lavender, irises, boxwood, and cypress trees. The garden was awarded the Grand National Prize for "Création et Patrimoine" in 2019.   The Pavillon de Galon offers a tranquil, stylish setting for guests seeking authenticity and a connection with nature. The gardens are open to visitors by appointment.
