It is the natural extension of the single from the Golf de Thumeries but arriving from Moncheaux. The 2 bumps represent the bifurcation. On the left, direction Ostricourt through the forest, on the right you get the single which runs along the Golf de Thumeries. The 2 bumps are fun to take on a mountain bike. Remember to give priority on the right to the squirrels that inhabit this place 😉.

Very playful wood with many singles in which you can get lost pleasantly. Note that a passage with many bumps is accessible towards the bottom where you can have fun by improving your technique. This wood is notably crossed by the large course during the Hike of the Terrils de Oignies. Be careful, some passages are very muddy in wet weather.

A long wooded single, sometimes technical, will await you in this flat heap located behind the Archéos de Râches site. The site is filled with bends, bumps, roots, and will delight anyone who adores sinuous tracks. We are not bored and the place is particularly pleasant in fine weather. Watch out for slippery roots on rainy days. Finally, you should know that this slag heap is accessible to mountain bikes (barrier to cross at the entrance), but the neighbor (Escarpelle) is only authorized for hikers on foot.

Small heap located near the College of Roost-Warendin. It is less known than its neighbor of the Paturelles (bigger and more fun), but it deserves a trip if you are in the area. You will find lots of little singles forming a real labyrinth in the middle of birch trees (with passages sometimes very narrow). Don't hesitate to get lost ... without forgetting a very steep little climb for the more athletic!
