Start on the side of the path closest to the A86 motorway and follow it downhill. A small jump, two steps, a bend, then a change in slope followed by two bends. Then, three climbs/descents. Finally, a passage through the ferns.

From the Croix du Bois park, you just have to enter the forest to have fun. The paths and trails are technical, bumpy and sometimes steep. The perfect mix for a great mountain bike ride.
