This lake located at 2339 m altitude is undoubtedly one of the most visited in the Benasque valley, due to its proximity to Llanos del Hospital. All Aragonese lakes are protected as they are included in the Inventory of Singular Wetlands, so any activity that could modify the quality of their waters is prohibited. While bathing is not specifically mentioned, it is understood that bathing with chemicals on the skin such as sunscreen, deodorants, perfumes or creams is negatively affecting the quality of the water, so it cannot be done. The Cascade d'Enfer is a pretty waterfall easily accessible from the car park at the bottom of the Lis Valley.

The Pish waterfall is one of the most popular waterfalls in the Aran Valley. It is very crowded in the summer season and is ideal for resting and recovering energy.

The Forau de Aiguallut is a chasm through which the waters from the Aneto glacier disappear to resurface again on the surface in the Val de Arán, in the Garona river basin, which flows into the Atlantic Sea in the French city of Bordeaux.

From Vielha, take the N-230 road towards Les and Francia. At approximately five kilometers and at the height of the village of Pont d'Arros, we will turn right to follow a paved forest track for twelve kilometers. The road is in perfect condition but it has significant percentages of unevenness and in some sections it is very narrow and it is advisable to be careful. Every kilometer a sign informs us of the percentage of slope of that section and the height gained.
