Spectacular waterfall. There's a walkway that allows you to see it practically from above.

The natural pools of Valdastillas are located in the Bonal gorge, in an area surrounded by vegetation. They have also enabled an area of sand, grass and picnic areas. Currently bathing is not allowed, but it is a good place to rest. It is not allowed to bring dogs.

Small historic medieval town in Valle del Jerte on the trade route between Plasencia and Ávila. Don't forget to take a dip or swim to cool off in the Jerte River.

This is one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the area. It's only a short walk from the road, but if you're with a bike, you'll need to leave it on the road or ride up a steep path.

La Garganta de Marta is another wonderful waterfall in this land of water. There is a car park very close, which means there may be many other people visiting when you visit.

Highly recommended to go in the spring or summer months, the wooded path will give you very good shade and the waters of the chorreras are very refreshing.

This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and impressive waterfalls in the Piornal region. The Caozo waterfall is a wonderful place where you can appreciate nature at its best. It can be reached from Valdastillas following the marked route PR-CC 32.
