The entrance to the Ibon is spectacular with a wonderful circular shape in its contrasts and colors. We reached it from a signposted and demanding route. We will cross a forest at its beginning, some time later a valley will open before us with its immense vegetation, we saw lilies in full bloom, a route of meadows, streams and cattle. We will make a stony and zigzag climb to the Ibon.

The Ibones de Brazato are two lakes of glacial origin. The Brazato Bajo ibón is at 2,370 meters, while the Brazato Superior is at 2,450. The climb from Panticosa is arduous, but it is worth it for the beautiful views of peaks such as Arnales, Gramo Negro, Aguja de Pondiellos, the Algae and the Argualas.
