The Sellent River runs through the middle of the town, dividing it into two parts: El Lugar and La Peña, which are joined by two bridges. Under the Puente Viejo, in a small pool of water, there are a multitude of ducks, geese and huge carp. Further up, the riverbed becomes a recreational area, with a natural lake suitable for swimming, picnic areas, fountains and a recreational area.
