It is one of the largest synagogues in Switzerland and a kind of sample collection of Swiss stone, consisting of Jura limestone, Alpine granite, Telland sandstone, and Solothurn marble. Parc de l’Ouest, La Chaux-de-Fonds Westpark - Sculpture by the artist Christian Gonzenbach. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the brand, which was once founded by Louis Chevrolet, a son of the city, it was presented to the city of La Chaux-de-Fonds by Chevrolet Europe. The 5-meter-high stainless steel bust represents a portrait of the famous racing driver, reversed and reworked by the artist to obtain this abstract and brilliant contemporary work.
