Great trail, starting with a nice terrain of small stones and pine needles interspersed with a few steps and a small technical climb, then at the bottom it becomes steep on more difficult terrain, with a few hairpins. Note that there is an escape route on the right about 3/4 of the way down, very little visible. Rating S2.

Definitely a beautiful park. Cycling-wise, next to it there is a descent that takes you back to Airole, only for mountain bikes, quite difficult.

Former military road from World War II. Perfect for mountain biking. Extremely enjoyable to ride, with maximum gradients around 8%.

This beautiful adventure park is located in Fasceo, a small group of houses at the end of the descent. I would like to point out right away that at the Fasceo houses there is a wonderful freely accessible spring. Just go past the parking lot where the road ends for a few meters. Next to the park you can access the path that goes down to Airole, of all the paths it is the least complicated, otherwise a road. That one is steep but asphalted.

Polyvetta Botanique trail vanaf Pien Haute. Flowy track!

Starting from the Baisse du Pape (Col de Braus), this trail is a real enduro special that deserves to be discovered. Successions of rolling, technical passages, on the slope, in the leaves, on the stone, a multitude of terrains which reflect in a single track all of what we find in the region. The Alta Via dei Monti Liguri (Ligurian High Trail) is a 442-kilometer hiking trail that leads from Ceparana to Ventimiglia. In addition to the traditional footpath, there are always alternative sections (like this one here) that lead over gravel roads or asphalt paths and that are ideal for mountain biking. The hiking trail is marked with a red-white-red sign and the letters “AV” for orientation.

Super Trail from Piere Haute (France) to Olivetta (Italy). The downhill to Olivetta is S2 and steep and rocky. Loose gravel alternates with slippery sand / gravel, small rock steps and washed out gutters. The area is lonely, except a wild pig with rookies, I have met no soul.
