Be careful when putting your feet on the rocks because they are very slippery. I recommend, when the depth allows, to walk directly into the water. Especially if it is a hot summer day.

Magnificent and thick cork oak forest in this stretch, full of trees with their particular bark that makes them look a bit like the Ents of the Fangorn Forest (The Lord of the Rings). The peculiarity of these cork trees is that, even if burned by any fires, they always come back to life, because they are protected by their bark, which burns, yes, but protects them from the heat.

Stretch of the Bagheria stream with passages into the water. Different sections to overcome with a bit of adventurous spirit.

After a nice off-piste route and a not without difficulty trekking stretch between fords and small climbs, you will arrive at this wonder of nature. The photos don't make it but it's worth it.
