Il **Passo (または Bocchetto) di Bocchetto Sessera** は、イタリア、ピエモンテ州ビエッラ県にあるビエッラ・アルプスに位置するアルプス越えです。ストロナ・ディ・モッソ渓谷とヴァル・セッセラ渓谷を、モンテ・マルカ山（1.558 m）とモンティッキオ山（1.697 m）の間で結んでいます。

Colle della Mologna Grande (about 2,390m) connects Valle Cervo to Valle di Gressoney along the Alta Via n. 1. Reachable from Piedicavallo via a well-preserved historic mule track, it is a panoramic itinerary that passes by the Rivetti Refuge and offers spectacular views as far as Mont Blanc.

Bocchetto Sessera is the ideal starting point for an excursion to discover the Alta Valsessera. There is also an inn where you can eat or have breakfast or stay overnight. In winter it is home to the cross-country skiing centre. Highly recommended

from a geological point of view, the area is particularly interesting as it represents the deepest part (later emerged and eroded in subsequent eras) of the gigantic caldera of the Supervolcano of Valsesia / Valle Sessera. The phenomenon is not visually perceptible by a non-geologist and is well explained by panels on site
