グスピニ/グスピニの天然記念物・トップ13

ヴィッラチドロの入り口にある景色の良い滝、サ・スペンドゥラは、コシーナス川の最後の区間で、約60メートルの高低差を持つ高い花崗岩の壁の間を3つの滝壺に流れ落ちています。村から簡単にアクセスでき、特に秋から春にかけて水量が多くなり、最も印象的です。近くのピシーナ・イルガス滝やムル・マンヌ滝へのハイキングと組み合わされることもよくあります。

Piscinas beach is one of the most picturesque spots in southwestern Sardinia. The golden sand dunes, up to 60 meters high, extend for several kilometers to the sea and are among the most impressive in Europe. Shaped by the wind and covered in Mediterranean vegetation, they offer an unusual landscape for the island. The area is part of the Geo-Mineral Historical Environmental Park of Sardinia and is home to protected species such as the Sardinian deer and sea turtles. For almost a century, this location was used to store and then load merchant minerals arriving by rail from the Ingurtosu Mine. Piscinas offers few services, but its charm lies precisely in its isolated and natural character.

Great climb and the view is amazing

Mount Arcuentu takes its name from the arched shape of the peak which, seen from Piscinas and Scivu, resembles a Dolomite tower. The imposing mountain extends for eight kilometers parallel to the wild and beautiful beaches of the Costa Verde. On the top, among the dense woods, there are the remains of ancient buildings where Fra Nazareno da Pula, a Capuchin friar known for his alleged miraculous healings, lived in 1982.

Even in mid-June 2024, it's only a trickle. But it's still a pretty place.

A suggestion, travel along the Rio Irvi, up to the confluence with the Rio Piscinas.....in silence, so you can see the deer beyond the landscape. Very early morning, there shouldn't be much water. Saludusu.

Beautiful mountain tour. Great views. However, some of the paths are difficult to find and are overgrown with thistles. At the bottom of the circular path, there is no way to go any further. This is private property and is guarded by a large free-roaming dog. Then you have to go back over the mountain :/
