Cascina Margherita is open in the spring/summer period and offers travellers food and refreshments. Traditional cuisine (Salami, melted cheese, polenta, cutting boards). Housed in an old farmhouse, it enjoys a panoramic view of Brescia of rare beauty. Nestled in a green clearing immersed in the woods of Mount Maddalena, it is a fundamental crossroads for DH trails and slopes.

This stretch is particularly evocative when traveled downhill with your mountain bike. It is known for having been included in the Gran Fondo Brescia, an event dedicated to amateur cyclists in the area. Even in wet conditions, this route remains fun and does not have overly technical sections, thanks to its compact dirt surface.

Personally overrated for me. At the beginning a few shifting points, then a few meters of good S2/3 and then almost flowy. You can do it but once is enough.

The Baitello Trail starts just before Serniga and ends near Renzano. Over 2.8 km 250 hm are overcome. I think it's a wonderful trail: extremely difficult at the start, and repeatedly interrupted by very demanding passages (for which there is usually an alternative, easier bypass) it is very "flowy" in between for the most part. The passages that meander through the forest along the rocks are ingenious. Partly through small streams and with a primeval landscape. Towards the end (just before the road to Renzano) it becomes a steep gravel path. All in all a top trail that is rarely found.
