Cascina Margherita is open in the spring/summer period and offers travellers food and refreshments. Traditional cuisine (Salami, melted cheese, polenta, cutting boards). Housed in an old farmhouse, it enjoys a panoramic view of Brescia of rare beauty. Nestled in a green clearing immersed in the woods of Mount Maddalena, it is a fundamental crossroads for DH trails and slopes.

Nice, some points a bit difficult with rocks (as in the photo) in the first piece for xc bikes (then it depends on the skill)

Beautiful path, initially slightly uphill, then a nice flow downhill with some small final rocks. Much less popular than the Briscola descent, but in my opinion it deserves more. It can be reached by descending from the Buttafuoco (ST Goletto) or by going up the last piece.

Nice Singletrack that connects the Goletto square to the church of San Gottardo. Smooth path with stony sections, pleasant downhill without particular technical difficulties but also uphill where, however, it requires good training and good technique to be pedaled in full. Suitable for MTB front and Full in both directions Very humid and not recommended in the days following the rain.

At this point you can take a break and enjoy the view, eat something in the small equipped area located at the foot of the finish line of the downhill MTB called "Cagnolera". From here continue to the top or alternatives are the dirt road that leads to the life path that takes you back to the church at San Gottardo or the Valfredda path
