Marocche di Dro is the name of this biotope, resembling a petrified lunar landscape. Here, you can follow the millions of years old dinosaur footprints along a marked path with information panels.

Provincial Nature Reserve since 1989 and Site of Community Importance included in the European network of protected areas Natura 2000. The Marocche di Dro are the largest landslide in the entire Alpine arc, after the maximum expansion of the glaciers.

From here you can look towards Lake Garda over a scree field. 20,000 years ago there was a glacier here, only the mountain peaks could be seen. Very impressive.

A small facility but worth a visit, bring a rain jacket.

Bathing lake at 428 meters above sea level with a bright turquoise color, immersed in a crazy setting. The lake is a turquoise diamond set in the green of the woods. The lake was generated following a landslide: its tributaries, the Rio Secco river and the Laurino torrent found a barrier and therefore the lake of Tenno that we know today was formed.
