Hi @Alfredo, overall I would say no, I wrote narrow and exposed because in some places it runs on the ridge but with due care it can be done. Keep in mind that of the various DH areas Coli is the easiest and smoothest. The last time I was there I found only one difficult section, because the rain had dug the track and created channels.

Sant’Agostino dh is very beautiful to walk; difficulty level S 2, S3. It is tiring to climb to get to the entrance, but it is worth it. Be careful if there are fallen leaves in autumn.

The Singletrack Poggio dei Castelli DH is a new, very smooth trail on compact and crumbly ground, in some wet sections with puddles. Entrance to the Single, about halfway, from the road that leads from S. Agostino to the Passo di S. Barbara. From here, take the single that leads to the state road to Peveri, a small village above Coli. Entrance at: 1,070 m Exit at: 806 m. Length: 2 km. +- Difference in altitude: - 260 m.

The Singletrack Costa del Cannone is very smooth at times on a compact and crumbly surface, in some places narrow and exposed. Single entrance, from the road that leads from Bradaglione to Fontana. From here take the single that takes you above the Bobbio campsite. Length: 3km. Height difference: - 437 m.

The route has been inserted on the "Open Street Map" map so today it appears on the map. A fun and panoramic descent. The insertion is not well marked, after Costa Camparino, on the right you can see a somewhat hidden path and with a 200 m. uphill stretch you go up.
