While the lower part of the village exudes the charm of the Valais, the upper part of the village is spoiled by the tourist infrastructure and seems deserted outside of the (winter) season.

Very technical trail, but not in a nice way. A fall can have dire consequences due to the type of terrain. Nice challenge, but don’t expect a lot of flow.

Who rides the Stoneman. Have to burn a few grains up to here. But the small town of Bellwald is always worth it.
