Tianma Mountain, or Tianmashan (天马山), is one of multiple peaks in Songjiang District of Shanghai. It is fairly step and covered with forest. Hiking up the mountain will take you the Pearl Guard Pagoda (Huzhuta, 护朱塔), a pagoda that is leaning about 6° to one side. That is more than the Leaning Tower in Pisa.

The Humble Administrator's Garden (拙政园) is the largest and most famous classical garden in Suzhou, and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Created in 1509 during the Ming Dynasty, this garden is a masterpiece of landscape architecture. Wander along winding paths, across graceful bridges, past lotus ponds, and through pavilions that blend seamlessly with nature. The garden is divided into three sections—east, middle, and west—each with its own distinct character. The central pond, surrounded by bamboo and flowering plants, forms the heart of the garden. The atmosphere is serene and meditative, perfect for a rest along your route.

Nice to combine with a run around the lake of Huangshanhu Park, starting for example from the Sheraton Hotel. About Binjiang Fortress, also known as Jiangyin Fortress Forest Park, is located on the south bank of the Yangtze River. It is dominated by Mount Huangshan (not the Huangshan Mountain Scenic Area in Huangshan City) with an altitude of 91.7 meters. A golf course transformed from a tidal flat along the Yangtze River. From the Ming and Qing Dynasties to modern times, this place has always been a military fortress with dangerous terrain. Fort sites and cannons are scattered on the mountains and hills, which are suitable for military fans to visit. As a national forest park, although it is a mini version, the vegetation is dense and the environment is good. You can climb mountains and see the Yangtze River and Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge. The place to focus on military cultural relics is the Jiangyin Military Culture Museum at the western foot of Mount Huangshan. The walls and gates create the appearance of city walls and towers, like a military fortress. At the gate is a boat that was used in the battle of crossing the river. Entering the gate, you first walk through a military tunnel where photos are displayed, and then enter the building where the museum is located, where you can learn about Jiangyin's military history and see various ancient weapons and other cultural relics. In the square between the museum and the gate, there are many cannons of various periods on display.

Yu Garden is believed to have been built in the Ming Dynasty, more than 400 years ago. Tianmashan (天马山) is a mountain park in Songjiang District, just west of Chenshan Park. Access to the park is for pedestrian only. It is recommended for its dense forest and the mountain pagoda. This highlight marks the East Gate. As a cyclist … the road around the park was neither pretty nor exciting. But if you set destinations or waypoints on your tour, this would be one.
