In the upper part, the path was previously a green walking trail (hence the name), highly valued by the Bielsko-Biała MTB community. Currently, the walking trail has been moved a few meters below to the historic toboggan run.

Watch out for the Slovak section from Medralowa downwards, there are a lot of broken and cut trees which are sometimes difficult to get around, info from 01/05/2025. The path is in poor condition, in the summer it is so overgrown that it is even difficult to find it.

Here you need to take the cable car (price list and general information here https://skolnity.pl/) to go down one of the bike park routes, e.g. Zielony Zygzak or Red Air. Apart from that, it's a great place to relax. Good food in the inn right next to the station!

To set off down the mountain on the famous "Twister" route, you need to take the Szyndzielnia cable car. You can definitely take your bikes onto the cable car - there are even passes for cyclists that you can buy. Then it's just downhill on Twister! Good luck!
