Pay attention: this segment of the wolf's lair route should be revisited, the gravel road has been modified / worsened and it is barely rideable with a MTB (asphalt segment toward rocca di mezzo could be an alternative)

complicated downhill road on some stretches, more recommended for MTB but doable with gravel if you have a good command of the bike, on the way back a long climb but doable if you have a fair amount of training, not for beginners with no muscle training.
