This is a beautiful, gravel trail running alongside the Rundle Mountain Range from Canmore to Banff. A relatively easy ride, this trail is shared by hikers and bikers and offers stunning alpine views.

The Merlin View Trail offers consistent elevation for easy climbing and a smooth ride down with sweeping turns, rollers and tabletops. Rideable in either direction (but preferably counter clockwise), the loop connects seamlessly with Braggin' Rights for a relatively easy 14 kilometer ride. The centre features over 100 kilometers of trails designed for a variety of skill levels, ranging from easy loops to technical singletrack. Trails like the Meadow Loop are also suitable for adaptive biking, they are smooth and wide, making them ideal for handcycles or recumbent bikes.

It is a glacial lake famous for its crystal-clear waters and sandy beaches. It is ideal for swimming, picnicking and hiking or MTBing on its surrounding trails. The lake offers stunning views of the Rocky Mountains and is a perfect place to enjoy outdoor activities in a spectacular natural setting.

A museum tells the story of the Calgary Winter Olympics. However, winter sports are still actively practiced here. There's a bobsleigh track with World Cup races, a ski jump, chairlifts, and, in winter, a well-maintained terrain park for freestyle skiers and snowboarders.
